Welcome to Glimmer. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Glimmer website (the “Site”) and services provided by Glimmer, a personalized AI-powered mental health and self-improvement application (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the Site or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Site or use the Services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
